To fulfill its mission, the Winthrop United Methodist church is organized around the Church Council which is the governing body of the church (The Church Council was previously called the Administrative Board). A number of administrative boards and committees administer the various functions necessary for the smooth running of the church.Program teams manage the many and varied ministries in which the people of the Winthrop United Methodist Church are involved. A Program Coordinator works with the program teams to facilitate communication between them, and to support their activities.
